Looks like 15 Broad's dream of selling half its Downtown Insanity Palace penthouses in one fell swoop have not come to fruition: one half of the duo just sold for $4.1 million, while sister unit #3900 has been subtly pricechopped to $2,989,000. The sold half comprises 3,000 square feet spread over two stories, 39 floors above the intersection of Wall and Broad Streets. The Philippe Starck interiors are, naturally, light and white, though we're guessing the seller didn't spend much extra effort after buying it for $2.9 million in 2008.
