It's not every day we see such a 4 bedroom apartment down in Greenwich Village, since such units are generally more common further uptown. But then again, it seems there's always been something special about 15 West 11th Street, causing even the most rational downtown buyer to bid above asking price in a weak real estate market. But will an asking price of $7,995,000 elicit the same response? It's hard to say, but we're not going to act like the floorplan isn't enticing us at least a little. So, what say you? Will buyers go as nuts for this unit as they did for the smaller one?
