And according to building reps, the developer is willing to negotiate with buyers making deals in the next 30 days. The negotiation, though, has a bit of the daring flavor of the developer's earlier attempts to negotiate with buyers: the developer is only willing to negotiate up to 10 percent off the current asking prices.
