History Lessons

Over on blog brother Eater NY, it's Chinese Food week, and they're kicking things off with a map of Chinatown's oldest eateries. Starting with Doyers Street's finest tea shop, Nom Wah Tea Parlor (which opened when the Tong gang was still battling over the Bloody Angle in the early 20th century), and finishing with stalwart dining establishments opened in the 1970s, it's a finger-licking bunch. Stay tuned for more throughout the week! [Eater NY]
