222 Seventh Street apparently once belonged to sculptor Louise Nevelson, but, well, it isn't Louise Nevelson's East Village anymore. An EV Grieve reader spots some fresh signage on the building?advertising a new development of full-floor lofts called Villa Capri, allegedly coming in late 2012. The last recorded sale of the building occurred in 2008, when the building was on the market with two additional stories of air rights as an "excellent opportunity to create a architectural dream home."
