Yet Another Office Building Makes Plans to Go Condo

New, 1 comment

So is it the year of the condo conversion? Here's another one to add to the tally: 335-337 Broadway, the sale of which closed yesterday. The 13-story office building sold for $49.8 million, and the new owner has dreams of taking it condo, according to Crain's. The planned condo would have 90 units and six penthouses (plus retail space). The plan is still awaiting approval, but the developer already has a sales and marketing team on board and a general sense of the pricing: units will ask between $1,250 and $2,000/square foot. There will be studios through 4BRs, plus a gym, playroom, and 3,845-square-foot rooftop. Sounds pretty nice, as does the easier-to-remember marketing address of 93 Worth Street.
