Construction of Frozen 'Burg Karl Fischer Back Underway

You can knock Karl Fischer down but you can’t keep him down for long, apparently. Construction of a residential building on 373 Wythe Avenue, which was stalled in early 2009, is back up and running, as a tipster recently informed us. Currently it’s just a huge hole in the ground with some sort of construction machinery inside of it, but according to permits granted to Hot Karl and frequent partners Glickman Engineering Associates, PLLC, that hole is soon to be filled with a 13-story, 84-unit building. Oh boy.
