Speaking of McCarren Park, new-to-market 'Burg building 190 Conselyea is hoping its McCarren proximity will be a selling point. A few others: all of the apartments have washer/dryers, occupancy is supposed to happen next month, and pricing starts at $399,000. (The priciest unit we see listed is the $569,000 #1A, which comes with backyard.) All of the homes in the four-story building, including the penthouse, are 1BRs, and according to the listings page, a few have contracts out already. The model unit decor fails to excite us, but with such a low starting price, who's going to demand excitement?
