Okay, so Craigslist isn't completely terrible; in fact, we consider this furnished one-bedroom co-op quite the gem. A design-y $3,750-per-month gem, but a gem nonetheless. The building at 135 East 39th Street is three blocks south of Grand Central and the apartment's got a working fireplace, custom furniture, library, a marble bath, and tons of closet space holding treasures (well, linen, towels, and utensils).
