Two awesome things are giveaways and quizzes, and the twain have met thanks to local archicritic John Hill, who's giving away two copies of his new book Guide to Contemporary New York City Architecture. Winners will be selected from the high scorers on a local architecture quiz, which includes trivia on the Chelsea Sky Garage, Greenpoint's Pencil Factory renovation, Beekman Tower-turned-8 Spruce Street, Charles Gwathmey's last project, and Pratt's campus architecture building, among others. We scored 100%, naturally.
Contest deadline is this Friday, November 18, and the book officially goes on sale December 5.
