15 Union Square West Hits 80; Transportation Geeks Unite

UNION SQUARE?The don't-call-it-weak condo at 15 Union Square West passed the 80 percent sold mark, building reps tell us. There are six apartments that need to sell to pull the building from B- to A+ territory, and the cheapest of those is $3 million. Reps passed along a bunch of sales stats, and our favorite is this: combo sales at the building add up to more than $35 million for combos between 4,500 and 5,300 square feet. [CurbedWire Inbox]

NYC?It's a big week for NYC-themed conferences. First there was Zoning the City, and tomorrow there will be Transportation 2030: A Five Borough Blueprint. Manhattan borough president Scott Stringer calls it a "gathering of New York City's leading transportation thought leaders." So why were we not invited? [CurbedWire Inbox]
