Big Reveal: 2BR Corner Unit in Columbia Waterfront District

And now, the results of this week's PriceSpotter asking price guessing game.

Location: 1 Tiffany Place #PHL
Asking: $1,200,000
Only one commenter guessed within an accurate range of #PHL's listing price ("This area is always surprisingly expensive. I bet they're asking a lot...$1,250,000?"). Everyone else seemed to think it falls within the $900,000 range, which is often the harbinger of a healthy pricechop. It's also worth noting that the second most expensive unit sold in the building since the rush of '07 was an $830,000 two-bedroom with parking spot. To be fair, that "penthouse" designation adds a couple hundred thousand to the initial ask.
