The Brooklyn Eagle headquarters at 30 Henry Street went on the market for $3 million in March. No sale of the building has hit public record, but something is very definitely happening at the site. The eagle-eyed DOB record readers at Brownstoner notice filings to demolish the structure and put up a new six-story building on the lot instead. That building will be residential and designed by BKSK Architects. Renderings don't appear to exist yet, but the building is set to have five units. It's also, as Brownstoner notes, in the Brooklyn Heights Historic District, so these five could go fast. Anyone know more? Hit up the tipline.
