A panel of real estate heavyweights duked it out last night at Lincoln Center's Avery Fisher Hall for The Real Deal's annual industry forum. The three debates ranged from Republicans versus Democrats as the political savior of local real estate to whether litigation is harming construction to (what else?) the role of social media.
