Rockrose Bringing 709 New Rentals to Queens With Linc LIC

New, 6 comments

Developer Rockrose has been slowly putting its stamp on Long Island City's Court Square, and it's time to put the company's latest project in the neighborhood on our radar. That project, at 43-10 Crescent Street, is called Linc LIC, and the Times has the deets. The 42-story building will contain 709 rental apartments, with everything from 450-square-foot studios to 1,400-square-foot three-bedrooms. Estimated completion date: 2013.

Amenities include in-unit washers and dryers and out-of-unit outdoor spaces with grills and lawns. What is now an auto body shop on Court Square will become a restaurant in hope of generating some night life where there isn't any. So how much will a rental in this gentrification-in-progress portion of Queens go for? Studios will average $1,750/month and 3BRs $4,150/month. Is Court Square ready?
