Susie Essman Curbs Her UWS Enthusiasm for $1.35 Million

Curb Your Enthusiasm star Susie Essman has been trying to unload her Manhattan Valley condo since early 2010, when she listed it for $1.445 million. But even with the stardust, it appears to have been a bit of a tough sell?the deal just hit public record yesterday. Essman's pad was a 1,239-square-foot 2BR, 2BA at 272 West 107th Street's The Straus Park. She sold it (in a deal that actually took place in August) for $1.35 million, only a smidge more than the $1.3 million she paid for it in 2007. Photos and floorplan in the gallery above.
