A tipster walking by 1 North Moore sent us the following alert: "Looks like it's almost ready to go. Looks great." We like to confirm such things for ourselves, so Curbed intern William Weber headed over to see whether the rest of the netting had dropped off since our last update. Indeed it has! In its previous incarnation as 240 West Broadway, the building planned a metal facade, but new developer/architect team VE Equities and Flank Architecture went the brick route instead. The result is unassuming but with a very assuming price tag: the cheapest unit we see on the market is a $5 million 4BR.
