During our recent sales update on Hell's Kitchen's The Dillon, we mentioned the building's townhouses, nine triplexes that recently hit the market. Building reps invited us over for a tour of townhouse 413, designed by Haus Interior, and the recently-completed building amenities (lounge, dining room, playroom, fitness center). Pricing for these newbies?one of which has already been sold, according to reps?starts at $3.165 million, though TH413 is asking a little more at $4.15 million. Is what's behind that folded glass curtain wall worth the price? Developer SDS Procida is "confident the rest will sell quickly," and this is, of course, a building known for its modesty.
