In a development that doesn't seem all that surprising for the World Trade Center site, the September 11 museum probably won't open in September 2012 after all. The Port Authority stopped approving contracts for the project in September due to a dispute about funds: the Port Authority says the National September 11 Memorial & Museum foundation owes $156 million toward construction costs, and sources say the Port Authority is worried about a lack of money to finish structure.
