Mike Bloomberg's ex-wife Susan has taste that counts as the polar opposite of Mr. Mayor: candy-colored, downtown, Balazs. Now, after re-listing her spread at One Kenmare Square for $13 million, the final sale price has come through and it's barely more than the original ask of $11.5 million.
