Rumors are afoot that old friend Ben Shaoul has is making merry with the future of the Cabrini nursing home on East Fifth Street at Avenue B. The current owners are selling the property and reportedly, no one knew the name of the buyer until the deal closed last week. EV Grieve hears from a tipster, "Ben has purchased the property where Cabrini Home is from another private owner to convert to condos.
