Big Reveal: 3-Story Townhouse in Prime Park Slope

New, 1 comment

And now, the results of this week's PriceSpotter asking price guessing game.

Location: 643 Degraw Street
Asking: $999,000
While some of you did not get the memo that even though it's a townhouse, the Pspot no-cheating rules still apply, we got a few guesses that did not involve peeking. AntRoad writes, "Serious detriment being so small AND 3 stories. Tiny everywhere vs all on one floor doable. It SHOULD be $915k but I'm certain they'll ask more for it." General consensus is that the home will sell in the $800K range even with an ask approaching $1 million. And the lack of backyard for a townhouse in this part of town may be a dealbreaker.
