The inevitable backlash against 14th Street's friendly neighborhood IHOP has begun: the so-described "neighborhood killer" has apparently placed its ventilation hoods on the one-story rear extension instead of the roof so exhaust is making nearby apartments smell like the "kitchen of a cheap hotel after the breakfast rush.
