What Megaprojects Will Make New York Look Like in 2061

Here's something nifty: the Post has plotted all the projects set to reshape NYC by 2061 on a giant map. (That's just a snippet of it above; click through for more.) The Post thinks all these projects will give the city more of a utopian, "beachtown" atmosphere thanks to floating pools and additional parks: "But with free WiFi in the air we breathe, public spaces will be transformed into communal work spaces. Companies won’t lease entire office buildings. Instead, buildings will become “co-working skyscrapers,” sublet like apartments." Agree/disagree?
