West Village townhouse obsession 230 West 10th Street is back with a new broker and discounted price, now asking $13,500,000 for its 6,600 renovated square feet of gallery-esque living space. To recap, the property was purchased in 2006 by owner and French newspaper magnate Jean Lignel for a scant $950,000. He hired architect Jeffrey Flanigan for a gut renovation that added "light woods and metals, gallery lighting, a central courtyard and double-height living room, four outdoor areas, and a steam room." There's also a garage out back, and a bridge of sorts connecting the upper floors between what was once two separate structures. And did we mention the roof terraces?
