Falling-Apart Facade Gets Brick Makeover on the UES

New, 27 comments

The above before-and-afters found their way to the Curbed inbox over the holiday weekend. The building pictured is 200 East 84th Street, built with a white glazed brick facade in 1961. That facade was deteriorating, so Loci Architecture and JMA Consultants & Engineers replaced it with one of red brick and limestone. Likey?
