The enormous new Apple outpost opens next week at Grand Central Terminal, the biggest store ever opened by the tech retailer, and it's getting a pretty sweet deal from the MTA. Every other shop in the complex (except a Chase ATM) have to fork over a percentage of sales past a certain threshold; Apple expects to make $100 million annually.
