The decor and layout have been among the many complaints about 103 Riverside Drive. In case the problem was actually just the price, the townhouse?which has already seen its price cut from $21.5 million to $16.5 million to $14.75 million?has just slashed its ask again. The new number: $12.5 million. It doesn't quite feel cheap, but the discount is now $9 million, so this may be a PriceChopper Hall of Fame candidate in the not-so-distant future. In the meantime, the listing is hoping to play up the antique-feeling aspects of the decor, from the iron doors to the "spiral staircase with sunning millwork" to the "original, etched glass doors."
