Google's gift to NYC real estate?its pricey purchase of 111 Eighth Avenue last December?is the gift that keeps on giving to the neighborhood's residential buildings. The Journal surveys nearby developers about just how much they love their new tech giant neighbor. One of the projects mentioned is one we've had an eye on, the Brodsky Organization's redo of the General Theological Seminary building at 422 West 20th Street. The Journal says the building should start sales in early 2012. We have a few more deets: the 38-unit building will have one studio, 10 1BRs, 22 2BRs, five 3BRs, and a restored exterior facade.
