The Post has put a name, a real name, to the infamous graffiti tagger Neo, who operated during what the paper is terming the "height of the graffiti scourge" in the 1980s. Turns out NYPD patrolman Steven Weinberg was responsible for the lettering, which has recently reappeared in northeast Queens. The only trouble is, Weinberg has been using a cane since 2001, when he injured his leg during a homicide investigation. His lawyer says a copycat is behind the recent street art. [NYP]
