109 Gold Continues Troubled Streak, Blight on Vinegar Hill

New, 7 comments

Looks like the party at 109 Gold Street in Vinegar Hill is officially over. It was a rip-roaring party, too, one that demolished an old church, took its sweet time getting ready, and switched allegiances midway through. Now Massey Knackal is offering the entire development for sale, which includes 33 units and 17 onsite parking spaces. Brownstoner also points out that all of units were pulled from StreetEasy yesterday, which, if you're curious, ranged from $319,000 for a studio to $1,095,000 for a penthouse two-bedroom.
