The Brooklyner Goes Shopping; Manhattan First-Time Foreclosures Double

DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN?A Brooklyner resident passes along word of the building's latest amenity: a holiday pop-up shop in the building this Friday (3-8 p.m.) and Saturday (12-7 p.m.), "featuring Independent Designers of Women's clothing sourced from around the Globe, exclusive european Footwear and handmade custom Jewelry at wholesale prices," and refreshments. NYC?The folks at PropertyShark released their monthly borough-by-borough foreclosure report today.
