The Brooklyn Eagle HQ at 30 Henry Street changed hands earlier this fall, with the new owners planning to replace the current building with a five-story, five-unit condo. Now Brownstoner has a peek at some exterior renderings of the BKSK Architects project, set to go before the Landmarks Preservation Commission tomorrow. The Brooklyn Heights Association suggested the architects try a design that better "celebrates our time," but it looks like this one's moving forward, and it doesn't look terribly out of place to us. But we still haven't seen the rendering we really want to see, of the proposed courtyard waterfall.
