Dumbo rental 220 Water Street is set to open officially in January, but the building website already has details and floorplans on the landmarked warehouse conversion. (And it looks like Brownstoner went inside a few units last night.) A sampling of apartment features: original columns and beams, skylights on the top floors, and the kind of flooring that's used in theaters and recording studios to keep things quiet. The website also has some hints as to what units will be asking. Studios rent from $3,150/month, studios with home offices from $3,575/month, one-bedrooms from $3,700/month, one-bedrooms with home offices from $4,125/month, and two-bedrooms from $5,700/month. Anyone planning on moving in?
