How Much For a Terrace in Dumbo With 3BRs?

New, 13 comments

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

What/Where: 3BR/2BA condo on Adams Street in DUMBO
Square Feet: 1,785
Maintenance/CC: $1,356
The Skinny: This top-floor residence on Adams Street in Brooklyn is for people who love outdoor living, because the terrace overlooking the East River and the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges is so big that it takes up almost one third (550 square feet) of the unit's total area. Two of the three bedrooms offer corner exposures, with views of the harbor, the Statue of Liberty, and Manhattan. Access to the 23rd floor unit is via a keyed elevator that opens directly into a large living/dining area. The building has a full-time attended lobby and offers on-site parking. One will definitely pay a premium for that private terrace, but at least you won't have to rub elbows with the rabble out on the building's common terrace one floor below. What do you think?
