Curbed photog Will Femia brings us further evidence of progress at Hot Karl Beach, the massive and, for a long time, massively stalled site at 95 Bedford Avenue. The site became active again about a year ago?after spending some time as Hot Karl Lake?and when we last took a peek in late November, the building was growing steadily. Here's a more recent look at what will eventually be eight stories and 262 units.
