Owners of Boerum Hill's New St. Clair's Restaurant probably popped a few TUMS after learning that mega-developer Joe Sitt bought the little corner building on Atlantic Avenue that's housed their diner since 1920. Sitt purchased the building at auction for $5.4 million because it's the "best corner in Brooklyn," where presumably there is no longer a need for a greasy spoon Greek diner. [Eater]
