Frank Gehry's plan for the World Trade Center Performing Arts Center is stuck in limbo as the center's $100 million fund awaits the appointment of a board of directors. In the meantime, there are a few more possible renderings for the center?from students at Carnegie Mellon and the University of Utah College of Architecture and Planning, who tackled designs for the performing arts center as a fall studio project.
