On The Upper West Side, A Bridge Too Far

New, 1 comment

Back in February, we remarked on the $5.2M pricetag on this apartment at 135 West 70th Street, noting that the walking bridge that connected two bedrooms was the main selling point. The sellers picked the place up for just a hair over $3 million back in 2004, so they were certainly hoping for a healthy profit. A little too healthy we suppose, the place just got pricechopped by almost a million dollars, all the way down to $4,250,000. Not an outrageous asking price for your own bridge in prime Upper West Side territory, if you ask us.
