The Post has the story on Geffner House, a 307-bedroom SRO on 42nd Street by Times Square. Described as a ecosystem of "drug dealers, hookers, loan sharks and creeps", the building has seen 13 crimes in the past 6 months, and residents say they're scared to leave their rooms at night. The management company, Project Renewal, says it's trying to get things under control. We're not sure how well that's going, considering their own office in the building got burglarized in October.
