J.Crew's Jenna Lyons Finds a Buyer for Park Slope House

New, 11 comments

It appears there was truth to the rumor of a bidding war over Jenna Lyons' Park Slope townhouse. The J.Crew president and creative director put the house at 178 Garfield Place, purchased for $1.3 million in 2004, on the market for $3.75 million in early November. Brownstoner noticed and StreetEasy confirms that the property is already in contract (along with a host of other Park Slope homes that have found buyers in the last month). While we wait for the sale to close, please place all bets on the asking price in comments.
