Here's a nifty alternative to searching AirBNB and other short-term rental sites: Rentmix, a new site that combines all the listings from three short-term rental search sites onto one Google map. As PSFK explains, users input their budget, travel dates, and desired property type into the search, and Rentmix spits out results. We took it for a test run and searched for a townhouse, and the site turned up a bunch of results in Brooklyn, ranging $95/night to $450/night. Of course, we'll never stop enjoying a good AirBNB search now and then.
