These Upper West Siders Have a Bridge To Sell You

New, 12 comments

The owners of #3BC at 135 West 70th Street paid $3.095 million for the apartment in 2004. So why the markup to $5.2 million now? It's probably got something to do with the Pier Fine Associates Architects renovation, which added "soaring ceilings in the Great Room, large windows, an easy flowing floor plan through out, and a walking bridge connecting the 2 second floor bedrooms." There's something we don't often see in our Upper West Side floorplan porn. All that's missing is the moat!
