Neighbors fight over pets all the time, but one four-legged feud at a "posh Sutton Place doorman building" has gone as far as a lawsuit and a Post story. A 14 Sutton Place resident's 72-pound bulldog (Theo) had a scrap with another resident's wire fox terrier (Lola), resulting in a $600 trip to the vet and simmering tension. Now Theo's owner is suing the board because she's been ordered to keep her dogs on choke collars and use only the service elevator. In Dakota speak, they gave her the Roberta Flack. [NYP]
