DUMBO?The conversion of Dumbo's 192 Water Street fell off the radar in 2009, after a Stop Work Order was put on the project, reportedly 10 condo units above a 250-person performance space. This week 192 Water resurfaced in an email newsletter sent out by architecture firm Della Valle Bernheimer. The firm, and architect-developer team partner Alloy, are now calling the shots, and construction/sales will be picking up in the coming months. [CurbedWire Inbox]
WILLIAMSBURG?Sunday's going to be a big day at Williamsburg's Mill Building, the factory conversion that was a huge hit a few years back. A tipster writes: "Two open houses in The Mill Building. Not so shocking, but the apartments (not lofts, sorry, they're just not) are #412 and #512. Pretty sure they're not actually in line, but you could pretend (I mean speculate). Be a helluva duplex if they are." Actually, there are three open houses in the Mill that afternoon, according to StreetEasy. [CurbedWire Inbox]
