The portfolio of 10 rundown Bronx buildings that's been hunting for a buyer willing to face a potential $26 million in repairs may have found one. A Scarsdale-based landlord has offered to pay $26 million for the buildings' mortgage and another $1.75 million for the deeds. It's not a done deal, partly because potential landlord Steve Finkelstein actually thinks the properties need only $7M to $10M in repairs.
