Kushner paid $3.225 million for the duplex at 21 Astor Place, and the couple was asking $4.1 million for the 2BR, 2.5BA condo. Did they get it? We don't know yet, but they definitely got something?according to the listing, the apartment went into contract late last week. The couple's headed uptown to a $16 million 4BR at Trump Park Avenue, but Ivanka Trump's downtown decorating choices live on in our old gallery.
