Century-old Ninth Avenue red sauce joint and hero sandwich pioneer Manganaro's Grosseria Italiana will shutter as soon as the building (with four stories of apartments above) sells. Business has been down ever since the Lincoln Tunnel was built in the '30s, and the store's fascinating history includes decades of a bitter family feud involving years of litigation over the spinoff/rival Manganaro's Hero-Boy sandwich shop right next door.
