We've been craving a new red room ever since Park Avenue's William F. Buckley maisonette found a buyer last month. And for all our red room needs, we turn, as usual, to Brown Harris Stevens broker Paula Del Nunzio, who seems to have both an affinity for the color scarlet and a knack for crafting the kind of townhouse brokerbabble that gets us through a Friday afternoon. She's just brought to market 11 West 12th Street, a townhouse purchased in the 1960s by Malcolm S. Forbes. The 6,800-square-foot home, which also got a few photos in the Journal today, has a fancy pedigree, three guest suites, plenty of famous visitor bragging rights, and a wine cellar with its own dining room. And the price to match, at $15.25 million.
