Beyer Blinder Belle, Meet SPURA

Watch out on the Lower East Side, folks: things are now heating up uncontrollably at SPURA. The city has hired architecture firm Beyer Blinder Belle to work on the first phase of the long-fallow lots' redevelopment. Even so, the Lo-Down reminds us we shouldn't take this as a sign that the redevelopment will actually happen. This is, after all, still SPURA. [Lo-Down]
